REGISTRATION AND REFUND POLICY:
Space is limited, therefore, pre-registration is required. A 15% deposit is required at the time of
registration: This is the only way to guarantee a spot in a class/workshop. (If paying by check and your
check is returned for insufficient funds, you will be charged an additional $15.00.) Our classes and
events are open to everyone. Written consent from a parent or guardian is necessary for those under 18
years of age.

If you are unable to attend an event that you are registered for, you must notify us one week in advance
for a full refund. If you notify us less than one week prior to the scheduled event, you will be refunded half
of your registration fee or full credit toward another Lecture or Workshop. In the event of inclement
weather we ask that you call the Center to verify if a class has been canceled. If the class is canceled by
the Center because of inclement weather or low enrollment, you will receive a full refund.
