Smart Cards may be purchased in increments of $100.
i.e. $100 Smart Card costs $90, a $200 Smart Card costs $180.
Purchase of Smart Card is NON-REFUNDABLE.
Smart Card balance must be used within 1 year from date of purchase. Any
balance remaining after the 1 year period will be forfeited.
When using Smart Card, card and/or name & account number must be presented.
When using Smart Card for registration purposes, the Registration Refund Policy
remains in effect. (See below)
REGISTRATION AND REFUND POLICY:
Space is limited, therefore, pre-registration is required. A 15% deposit is required at the time of
registration: This is the only way to guarantee a spot in a class/workshop. (If paying by check
and your check is returned for insufficient funds, you will be charged an additional $15.00.) Our
classes and events are open to everyone. Written consent from a parent or guardian is
necessary for those under 18 years of age.
If you are unable to attend an event that you are registered for, you must notify us one week in
advance for a full refund. If you notify us less than one week prior to the scheduled event, you will
be refunded half of your registration fee or full credit toward another Lecture or Workshop. In the
event of inclement weather we ask that you call the Center to verify if a class has been canceled.
If the class is canceled by the Center because of inclement weather or low enrollment, you will
receive a full refund.
Exclusions: Smart Card may not be used toward tuition for Being In Balance
Practitioner Certification Courses.
