Qi gong (pronounced Chee Gung) is a Chinese system
of maintaining health and longevity and a method of cultivating
energy within the body.
Facilitator: Joanne Kornoelje started practicing T’ai Chi and Qigong
in 1987 and has never looked back. She has studied with many teachers in the U.S.
and is currently an Associate of the Healing Dao. She teaches fundamental Daoist
meditations, as well as, T’ai Chi and Qigong forms
to all age groups.
Joanne is vitally interested in T’ai Chi and Qigong to create health and long life and
in helping the practitioner open to a greater sense of self through the cultivation of qi.
